The Center for Executive Succession (“CES,” “we,” “us”) works closely with senior executives, corporate partners, and academic collaborators on sensitive questions of succession, leadership, and governance. In the course of that work, you share personal details, organizational context, and candid perspectives. We treat every piece of that information as confidential and handle it with the same care we would expect for our own.

CES is an academic research center housed within the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. We are committed to safeguarding the confidential information of our partners, interview subjects, event attendees, newsletter subscribers, and site visitors. Personal data is held in strict confidence and is used only for the purposes for which it was collected.

  • Professional background and perspectives you share during interviews, roundtables, surveys, and Conversations sessions.
