Talent Leaders Network
The Talent Leaders Network (TLN) is a consortium of Chief Talent Officers and other talent professionals from partner companies associated with the Center for Executive Succession (CES).
Membership to the Talent Leaders Network is included with the Chief HR Officer’s membership to CES and comes by nomination from the CHRO. By joining TLN, members gain access to a community that prioritizes practical insights and solutions, empowering them to tackle the challenges that matter most.

Backed by world-class research and grounded in real-world application, the Talent Leaders Network (TLN) connects senior talent leaders from leading organizations. Through its affiliation with the Center for Executive Succession (CES), TLN integrates insights from CHROs, CEOs, and Boards to inform enterprise talent strategy—particularly in executive succession, leadership pipelines, and AI transformation.
TLN is led by Katherine Macnaughton, Global Head of Talent Management at Manulife, and Laura Kontoleon, Head of Enterprise Talent Strategy at Bank of America, in partnership with Robert (Rob) Ployhart, Bank of America Professor of Business Administration and Academic Director of TLN at the Darla Moore School of Business.
TLN’s mission is to foster a trusted peer network where Talent Leaders exchange practical insights, challenge assumptions, and translate research into action—strengthening their ability to execute on strategic organizational priorities.
